You’ll then meet with Dr. Nazeer Jalal, a board certified Internal Medicine physician, either virtually or in person. During this meeting, you’ll discuss your medical history as well as health and weight loss goals. Based on your discussion, Dr. Jalal will formulate a personalized and comprehensive weight loss plan.

Once your personalized weight loss program is set, any medications or supplies you need will be delivered right to your door within 1-3 days of your visit, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.

Throughout your journey, we’ll provide continuous support via phone, email, or virtual visits to address any questions, concerns, or issues that arise, ensuring you feel confident and empowered every step of the way.

Regular Follow-Up
